Complemented by a rendering of Esplanade that featured what are expected to be two of its signature items, a riverfront Ferris wheel and 2.5-acre crystal lagoon, Walker detailed the specific building program specifications of Esplanade, which is designed to total 1.8 million square feet and include parking for 1,583 cars.
Working with the design firm AE7 on the project, Millcraft proposes to build four 200-foot-tall towers at Esplanade laid out to line the new Crystal lagoon the company previously announced, that includes a full-service hotel, a 209-unit condo building a 330-unit apartment building as well as a 300,000-square-foot office building, with 150,000-square-feet of retail space lacing through the mixed-use community.
